With the holidays coming soon, Dawn Richard is releasing some music for her Hearts with “December Sky,” her first solo iTunesrelease. She wants to bring loved ones together with music in a way that is not so traditional but still heart felt, so this is not your typical Christmas tune. Produced by Druski, they both agree that this song will last well beyond December 25.
DAWN RICHARD says,
“A lot of people won’t be able to see their loved ones this Christmas, So I want to do something that was real with that. And so we came up with an idea, why is it always about material when we share the same sky so that could be the gift that we have when we look outside & we see the moon, we see the stars, we know that's a gift for us. That's for us, because when we're not that far when you look outside, we're all under the same sky!”.
